About the Project

The Housing Assistance Corporation of Cape Cod was selected to be the developer for Sachem’s Path in 2009. With the project vision and zoning approval in place, Oxbow is assisting in the implementation of this 40 unit ownership community on the Island of Nantucket. Utilizing land owned by the Housing Authority, the development will be an important community asset providing permanent workforce housing for 3 income tiers (80%, 100% and 150% of Island Area Median Income).
