About the Project
The creation of 84 units of housing, street level commercial space, a community garden and two levels of underground parking. Completed in coordination with the City of Boston and State of Massachusetts, 700 Harrison, located adjacent to the Boston Medical Center, contributed to the resurgence of Harrison Avenue in the SOWA section of the South End.
Highlights:
Mixed Income Ownership with 2/3 of the homes sold to first time homebuyers at below market prices;
Creation of the Harrison Community Garden working with The Trustee’s and neighborhood members of the community garden;
Introduction of high quality day-care in addition to a locally owned restaurant
