About the Project
Working with B’nai B’rith Housing New England, Oxbow was responsible for managing the construction, branding and sale of this $22 million mixed income condominium development adjacent to Boston College. In 2010, the development was awarded the Jack Kemp Award for Excellence in Work Force Housing.
