About the Project
Working in collaboration with B’nai B’rith Housing New England, Parkway 1208 provides high quality amenity rich rental housing for families earning between 30% and 90% of Boston’s Area Median Income. In an effort to create a distinct residential feel in a formerly industrial area, a central courtyard provides safe space for outdoor activities with various interior amenity spaces overlooking the courtyard. Completed and occupied in 2023.
